Christmas Meals and Treats

Brunch de Noël

Date: December 5th
Time: 10 a.m.
Place: Prouty Hall, 7 Mill Road, Bondville
Cost:
$8 for adults
$5 for children 11 to 16 years of age
Free for children under 5 years of age

 

Organized by the Lac Brome Optimist Club, the Family Christmas brunch is a tradition following the Santa Claus parade. On the menu: Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, meat pie, fried potatoes, toast, juice, coffee.

Santa Claus will make a special appearance for the occasion and will be sure to give each child a Christmas gift! Each child will also receive a picture taken with Santa Claus!

Don’t miss this great event for the whole family!

Christmas Reception

Date: December 6th
Time: 2 p.m.
Place: Auberge West Brome, 128, 129 Road in West Brome
Cost : $10 for non-members

Organized by the Canadian Club of the Yamaska Valey, this Christmas meeting and Reception will feature a musical presentation by the Yamaska Merry Gentlemen Ensemble, a newly formed 12-member choral group accompanied by pianist John Barr.

During the usual after-meeting coffee/tea, there will be holiday treats especially prepared by the Club Executive.

The Brome County Historical Society represents one of the oldest Historical Society in the Eastern Townships and manages the museum as well as a number of historic locations.

 

The Bake sale is to benefit the Museum and is an annual tradition in Brome Lake! Come early!
