Choose your own balsam fir (recognized for their strong odor), in a very open and refined area. On this plantation, located on the East side of Mont Brome, you can choose a tree that has already been cut or go find one that is still in the ground. You will be provided with a sled and a small saw, and sent out on your own. This is a very ZEN approach to choosing a Christmas tree. Prices vary from $25 to $40 for a tree between six and nine feet. Plantations Bernier also offers exceptional wreaths ($35 or more); as well as tree branches, red pines, etc. to help you decorate for the holidays.

Be sure to live a unique experience with your family and friends while strolling through a plantation with thousands of trees. Choose and cut down your own tree to take home with you. This way you can be sure to cut down the best tree according to your own needs and wishes, and be assured of its freshness. A saw will be provided and your tree will be wrapped in order to facilitate any and all transportation.
